How Do You Protect My Property?

Tree surgery carries many risks which is why you should only ever employ a professional, qualified tree surgeon to carry out any work on your premises. Even seemingly straightforward tree work can be hazardous. Incorrect pruning, for example, can alter the structure and safety of a tree and put people and property at risk.

Here at Prince Tree Surgery, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the professionalism of our arborists. Every tree surgeon employed by Prince Tree has professional qualifications in the work they perform including certification for tree climbing, aerial rescue and the use of various hazardous machinery and tools such as chainsaws. They have also acquired the necessary competency qualifications for felling trees of various heights, carrying out pruning operations and processing windblown trees. In addition to formal qualifications, our tree surgeons have collectively decades of experience in the profession.

We always carry out a site visit prior to agreeing to any tree surgery works. This takes place independently of the work date and allows Matt to understand the nature of the issue before calling in the team. The site visit also enables him to risk assess the job and consider the necessary health and safety implications to protect both the property owner and Prince Tree employees before any work commences. Safety is our top priority and we utilise the latest safety equipment to protect our staff and customers.

We take exceptional care to avoid accidents or injury. As a responsible tree surgery business, we hold public liability insurance cover of up to £5m and all of our employees are covered by £10m employers’ liability insurance. Such standards are essential in today’s litigious environment.
